Add on 13% ROOM TAX and a $15.00 per day Utility Surcharge to the Base rate.
All Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons in a room or apartment
The cost for each additional person in any accommodation is  $15 per night

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT TO GUARANTEE ACCOMMODATION

Space is guaranteed once you fax or scan a signed letter authorizing us to process your credit card for a one night charge (summer) and 3 night charge (winter). Room Tax charge must be included.* PAYMENT
We require the accommodation to be paid for upon check-in, by Visa, Mastercard or USD Cash. (Discount of 5% available if paid for in USD Cash)
For any specials or discounted rates, the full amount must be paid for in Cash when you check in.
(PLEASE NOTE – If you already have made a booking relating to one of our Discounted or Special rates, you will not receive this additional 5%)

DISCOUNTED GROUP RATES (Dive, Church, etc. are welcome)
Minimum 8 persons and maximum 18 persons sharing accommodation
Booking not less than 7 nights
Credit Card deposit must be made to us so that we can guarantee the space for your group. Balance must be paid in  Cash upon check in.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
April 16 2011 to December 19th 2011- 1 night room rate  will be refunded, if your reservation is cancelled/changed within 10 Days of your reserved check-in date.
December 20, 2011 to April 15,2012-   3 nights room rate will be refunded, if your reservation is cancelled/changed within 21 Days of your reserved check-in date.
Cancellations or changes made AFTER you check-in, are subject to a 100% charge.
